Meet Dr Sia Maani

Hi. I graduated from Gothenburg University back in 1992. Since then, I have been on a lifelong quest to learn more about life, people, health and teeth!

Following my dream of creating a state-of-the-art, holistic dental practice, where patients are treated as people, not just "teeth", IQ Dental & Implant Centre was established in 2005.

In the last eighteen years, I’ve carried out postgraduate trainings in many areas, some of which are; Dental Implants and Bone Grafts, Fixed & Clear Braces, and Smile Design with porcelain veneers. We, at IQ Dental, use the Damon System to straighten your teeth with light force fixed braces. This system gives you a beautiful smile without the discomfort of the traditional braces, and in a shorter time.

For appearance conscious patients, we offer Invisalign, the almost invisible braces. This system will take care of minor to moderate misalignments of your teeth. I’d like to take a holistic approach when communicating with my patients. Practicing Acupuncture and homeopathy plus a long experience in dealing with nervous patients help me achieve great results in giving people a healthier, more confident smile.

Meet Nima Hakimmaani
(Business Manager)
Hello I am Nima and I am the business manager at IQ Dental & Implant Centre. I am a graduate from Aston Business School in 2006, with a BSc with Honours in International Business Economics. I started my working career in 2006 in the field of Business Management through a Grad-scheme in London and after 2 years I felt that I had a lot more to offer and decided to come and work with my father (Sia) on the business side of IQ Dental & Implant Centre.

Formerly known as Smile@Kings Hill, IQ Dental & Implant Centre has been a fantastic place to work over the past year and I am pleased to say that we have come a long way in terms of offering excellent Dentistry along with our outstanding customer service. I was involved in setting up Smile@Kings Hill with Sia just over 5 years ago so it is amazing to see progress that has been achieved in this time. We changed our name to IQ Dental & Implant Centre to reflect the increased range of treatments and services on offer to our valued patients.

My main role is to look after all the non-clinical parts of IQ Dental including, marketing, accounts and finances. I am constantly trying to improve the experience you have and the customer service you receive at IQ Dental & Implant Centre.

Meet Joanna Jones
(Oral Therapist)
Hi I’m Jo and I joined IQ Dental in 2007 as a dental hygienist/therapist. I qualified as a Dental Hygienist from King’s College London in 1995 and taught at the Dental Institute where I achieved promotion to the level of deputy principal tutor in addition to working clinically in practice. A passion for education led me to complete a BA with Hons in post compulsory education and I teach in a variety of environments.

I work hard to build trust and tailor all appointments to the individual. Most importantly I pride myself on building a rapport with patients! I have gained the additional qualification of Dental Therapist and use this skill to perform routine dental procedures on children and some simple restorative work on adults in the clinical environment. Outside of work at the practice I spend time with my family and enjoy socialising and swimming with the Sevenoaks swimming club three times a week.

Meet Chantelle (also known as Tilly)
(Dental Nurse)
My name is Chantelle, also known as Tilly. I am originally from South London and have lived in Kent for ten years where I achieved my qualification in Dental Nursing 5 years ago. I have been fortunate enough to travel to many different countries allowing me to experience a variety of cultures my favourite destination being Florence in Italy closely followed by Santorini in Greece renowned for its beautiful sunset. I have a wonderful husband Simon, and two beautiful children Jasmine and Mayson, who make me the positive, loving, caring and creative person I am proud to be.

Since the beginning of IQ Dental and Implant Centre’s wonderful journey, I consider myself to be a close member of the team and reflect my qualities to our extended family (our team and patients), Enjoying every day and being part of each person’s magnificent journey to a simply beautiful smile.
